Dan & Ellie celebrate Ibiza style in Dubai

At the beautiful farm style venue of Meliá Desert Palm, Dan & Ellie celebrated an intimate small wedding with their close family and friends from all over the world. In the breeze Dubai heat, they enjoyed a day of passion and emotion of their Ibiza styled wedding. Dan & Ellie met in Ibiza years ago, so this theme was something they held dear in their hearts.

The Meliá Desert Palm is a hotel resort and wedding venue in Dubai. It’s just a 20 minute drive from the Burj Khalifa and has beautiful arabian horses on the resort. Danand Ellie’s outdoor ceremony took place on the courtyard, next to the horse tables and green. The aisle was lined with beautiful bouquets of mixed flowers and looked incredible as everyone walked down the aisle.

After the ceremony, our driver and buggy was waiting and we went to our preplanned locations from the pre wedding shoot and took portraits of Dan and Ellie. The fun and energetic vibe you would expect from an Ibiza couple meant we got amazing candid style photos will told a story true to their personalities. Then we took portraits family photos, and wedding party photos, Their wedding photos were so sweet and fun simply because you can tell how much they love being together!

Wedding Reception at Inn at Bay Harbor

They had their wedding reception round the corner from the courtyard which overlooked the green where the horses train. The beautiful set up, with an amazing stage for sparklers and entertainment gave a perfect mixture of Dubai and Ibiza.

Dan and Ellie listened to wedding toasts, cut the cake, poured champagne and did their first dance on the stage. After the formal events, everyone was ready to hit the dance floor! Once the guests enjoyed their musical instruments on their tables they danced the night away with their friends and family!
